On September 14, the Beidou College--Study Tour of China’s Benchmark Hospitals 2018, jointly sponsored by Cn-healthcare.com and Zhongda Hospital, was successfully held in the academic lecture hall in Zhongda Hospital. More than 100 visitors and members from the ZHDH School of Management participated in the grand meeting, including leaders and functional department heads from Henan, Hebei, Hubei, Jiangsu and other places.

　　The theme of this academic conference is the road of medical innovation in modern hospitals. The opening ceremony was hosted by Dr. Guo Xiaoming, secretary of the party’s committee of ZHDH, and was attended and addressed by Dr. Teng Gaojun, President of ZHDH; Ms. Wang Na, executive vice-president of Cn-healthcare.com; and Ms. Liu Jia, director of Huadong Medicine.

　　Dr. Teng Gaojun introduced in his welcome speech that medical innovation is an important content of innovation driven development strategy, ZHDH has taken innovative medical management as an opportunity of hospital development, and has carried out new forms of cooperation modes, such as: establishing the "region crossing, ownership crossing, treatment/nursing/rehabilitation integrating" distinctive ZHDH Hospitals Union; applying the performance-appraisal system based on the accounting work emphasizing quality control assessment; and cultivating innovative talent team, in order to stimulate constant hospital innovation. Continuously rising in recent years, ZHDH was ranked NO.47 by Fudan best hospitals in China in 2017, the key lies in the construction of innovative peak disciplines and constant improvement of the management system.

　　Beidou College is a column under the Cn-healthcare.com, defined as a medical management school without walls. Its aim is to build a hospital super management team, integrating case studying and learning, and unifying theory and practice. With the ever developing nature of medical and health undertakings, innovation is the eternal topic. Today’s conference is centered by the theme of innovation, discussing topics including disciplines construction and hospital management. ZHDH made elaborate preparations for the event and presented ZHDH’s highlights and features on medical management innovation, illustrating the ZHDH Mode all-dimensionally.

　　During the conference, leaders from ZHDH gave fascinating speeches discussing innovation from all aspects: Teng Gaojun, president of ZHDH, introduced the breakthrough of peak disciplines construction in ZHDH; vice president Liu Bicheng inspired young physician to think about the balance between research and clinical work, Yang Yi introduced the historical development of ICU—one of ZHDH’s top discipline; vice president Lu Bin discussed the socialization of the support service system in ZHDH; Sun Yunyu discussed how to strengthen medical quality management through case studying; Zhang Yuxin, chief accountant of ZHDH, made a detailed report on the topic "the practice of hospital performance cost management reformation”.

　　This time, Beidou college leads students from both within and outside the province into ZHDH, which is an affirmation to the medical innovation system of ZHDH, and more importantly, an encouragement and spur.

　　The half-day seminar, which was compact and substantial, showed the highlights of the practice and exploration of ZHDH, and shared the results of the innovative development of ZHDH, which was well received by the participants.

　　Under the guidance of "Healthy China" strategy, and during the key period of health system reformation, ZHDH has a strong sense of mission, and will take medical innovation as an opportunity of hospital development and explore medical innovation constantly, in order to realize the new breakthrough and contribute to the great construction of healthy Jiangsu, healthy China.
